I've bought books from hpb.com for all of undergraduate and grad school and have always appreciated them. This week especially, I had ordered a book that never came so I reached out to hpb, they refunded me and said it must have gotten lost. Well it arrived unexpectedly a week later and I let them know and offered to re-pay for it, and they declined the pay, and said I never should have had to wait that long.This company is solid in customer service. I appreciated them before, but they have a lifelong customer in me now.
