I’m sharing this review to help future customers better understand the limitations of the extended warranty. While the staff at HPL Motors were polite and professional, a suspension repair relating to shock absorbers was declined under the warranty.I was advised that shock absorbers are classed as wear-and-tear items and are not listed as covered components in the warranty booklet.Although this was explained after the claim was rejected, this exclusion was not clearly highlighted at the point of purchase, and it’s something many customers may reasonably assume would be covered under a suspension-related warranty.I strongly recommend that anyone considering the extended warranty carefully reviews the full list of covered items and exclusions—particularly around suspension components—to avoid unexpected repair costs.This review is intended to provide transparency for future customers rather than to criticize the staff, who were courteous throughout.
