Review Time
What a waste of a Sunday! We had been interested in a specific car that was at their Stockport showroom. I filled out an online interest form and also request for part exchange price. All I received was an automated response asking for us to visit. I sent a message that we would visit and just received a pro mo of how wonderful they were. Took the best part of an hour to get there to be greeted by a “child” in training who had little clue. We had a test drive which was terrible, but assured all the loud noises and judders were not an issue and would be sorted out before we got the car. We had asked for a trade in price and gave all info including our service record, and left the keys with “ the management” as we took our brief unsatisfactory test drive. On our return our”child” said he couldn’t make any negotiations, but we should take a seat and his manager would be with us in a few minutes. 20 mins later after this “Swiss Tony” character had dealt with several other people, we went over and asked for our keys back, as rubbish car, disrespectful service etc. He gave keys back but said what’s our problem. He said his service takes about 2 hours!!! At which point we left, absolutely shocking waste of nearly four hours of our time.

Greeted at the door by Jack !! Somethings are meant to be as this young man was unbelievably helpful.
Not once was he pushy, not once did he try to sell us any car and there’s plenty of choices.
We obviously needed a car suited to a first car user.
We were shown several cars and the keys were given to us to ponder our choices, left alone too.
We left undecided and arranged to return. Once again Jack was on hand to help.
His Knowledge on the cars was excellent.
Eventually we took a test drive and purchased our daughter’s first car.
In whole !!!
If Carlsberg made a non pushy, polite, whitty, well educated salesman THEN JACK WOULD BE IT.
If you decide to look for a car and HPL motors is your choice of garage ASK FOR JACK !! Tell him Carlsberg sent you !!!!

Nathan Blake ( number 1 Nathan 🤣) was amazing, he was so professional and informative, he was training a new guy and he also was very good, did everything he said he would do, never had a car sale go sooooo smoothly, I will definitely be recommending Nathan and HPL to my friends , thank you Nathan 👌
HPL Stockport.We was seen my a lovely gentleman called Lewis M. He was a fantastic sales man! Didn’t push us into making any purchase (which some sales men do), was open and honest with pricing, any add ones we want and any fixes to the car before purchasing. We came in on a Sunday and Lewis got us driving away on the Wednesday. What great service! He was such a lovely man. I WILL be going back to Lewis for my next car in 4 years!
