Unfortunately, they refused to accept the return and directed me to their supervisor, who initially promised to investigate but then stopped responding. Despite several attempts to reach out to their branch, I've received no response. I've lost ₹5000 and faced significant stress due to their lack of customer support. I strongly advise others to be cautious and refrain from purchasing from this seller, as their return policy seems misleading and their customer service is inadequate.
