Unfortunately, they refused to accept the return and directed me to their supervisor, who initially promised to investigate but then stopped responding. Despite several attempts to reach out to their branch, I've received no response. I've lost ₹5000 and experienced considerable stress due to their lack of customer support. I strongly recommend others to be cautious and avoid making purchases from this seller, as their return policy appears misleading and their customer service is lacking.

Never order from them again!!! I've seen other reviews mentioning the same issue. I ordered protein powder for €50, and it tasted and smelled DISGUSTING!!! It had an odor like burned plastic or acid, nothing like the products I purchased before. It seems they are trying to scam us by selling faulty products, and they offer no help, refunds, or exchanges for these bad items!!! Terrible experience, avoid them at all costs.
I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. My partner and I bought products from them for two years, always the same protein with the same flavor. Last time, the taste was completely different and DISGUSTING. We reached out to customer service, expecting a solution, but they ignored us and told us to contact the factory, saying sometimes the taste might change. This is unacceptable; I didn't purchase from the factory but from them. If they change the flavor, they must inform customers beforehand. We will never buy from them again and recommend finding another place where you can receive at least minimal support. €60 wasted. Worst service ever.
I had been a loyal customer for four years, spending around €150 to €300 a month. I had a few issues with wrong flavors or stock shortages, but always got the same whey protein until last month when I received a horrible, medicinal, and bitter flavor. I spent €45 on it. I contacted customer service to seek a refund or exchange because I had to discard the product. They simply told me to reach out to the manufacturer as if it wasn't their issue. They should provide customer satisfaction and a solution. I emailed my complaint, and they NEVER responded! They lost a loyal customer. While it may not impact them financially, if many customers experience this, it will matter. I will never buy from them again! Zero credibility!
This is my third order. Standard delivery was dispatched and delivered in under 24 hours this time. Very impressed. One of the items was out of stock, and they emailed me within minutes with an alternative. Customer service is fantastic, great service.
