I have never encountered a company as frustrating and unprofessional as this one. I placed an order, paid extra for express delivery, and they still sent the wrong items. What followed was over a week of confusion, excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. Instead of resolving their mistake quickly, they made the process unnecessarily difficult — refusing to collect the wrong items at a reasonable time and insisting that I manage the return myself. Their so-called “customer service” hides behind courier policies instead of actually assisting customers. This experience has been exhausting, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly recommend others to reconsider before doing business with them. There are many other companies that truly respect their customers and understand what good service means.
