I had been a loyal customer for four years, spending around €150 to €300 a month. I had a few issues with wrong flavors or stock shortages, but always got the same whey protein until last month when I received a horrible, medicinal, and bitter flavor. I spent €45 on it. I contacted customer service to seek a refund or exchange because I had to discard the product. They simply told me to reach out to the manufacturer as if it wasn't their issue. They should provide customer satisfaction and a solution. I emailed my complaint, and they NEVER responded! They lost a loyal customer. While it may not impact them financially, if many customers experience this, it will matter. I will never buy from them again! Zero credibility!
