I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. My partner and I bought products from them for two years, always the same protein with the same flavor. Last time, the taste was completely different and DISGUSTING. We reached out to customer service, expecting a solution, but they ignored us and told us to contact the factory, saying sometimes the taste might change. This is unacceptable; I didn't purchase from the factory but from them. If they change the flavor, they must inform customers beforehand. We will never buy from them again and recommend finding another place where you can receive at least minimal support. €60 wasted. Worst service ever.
