I can't even begin to explain how maddening this printer is. The company has managed to turn the simplest task of printing a document into an absolute nightmare. I've dedicated an entire day to setting it up, and it still refuses to work. The app is supposed to be user-friendly, but it’s anything but—just a source of confusion and irritation. You can't simply plug it in and print; every step is a hassle, and the connection drops constantly. It might function once or twice, but then it sends you back into a cycle of endless setup frustration. Contacting customer support? Be prepared to spend more than a quarter of the printer's price just to get basic help. This printer seems designed to make printing as difficult as possible. Highly complicated. Infuriating. Nearly impossible to use. The company clearly doesn’t care about user experience. I strongly advise against purchasing this.
