I recently purchased this printer but have faced significant challenges during setup. I've spoken with customer service three times, and each time the representatives were rude and disconnected the call. I still don't have the answers I need and regret buying this device. The customer support is practically nonexistent. I'm extremely frustrated with a new printer that I can't even use. The last support call suggested I 'just return it,' making me feel like I'm wasting their time by asking for help on something not covered in the setup guide. I will never buy from this brand again.
