After spending an entire day trying to set it up, it remains non-functional. The accompanying app seems like it should be intuitive, but it’s quite the opposite—bringing nothing but confusion. You can't just plug it in and print; every step feels complicated, and the printer frequently loses connection. It might work once or twice, but then it's back to endless setup frustration. Contacting customer support? That will cost you more than a quarter of the printer’s price for basic help. This device seems engineered to make printing as challenging as possible. Highly complicated. Infuriating. Nearly impossible to use. The company clearly shows little regard for user experience. I strongly advise against this product.
