This has been a very disappointing experience. I expected printers to be simple, but this one is far from that. I just want to print a straightforward document, yet I can't do it even with a USB connection. I plan to dispose of this and look for a more user-friendly option.
Absolutely unacceptable. I believed printers were supposed to be easy to use!!! Not this one. It's just terrible. I want to print a basic document but can't accomplish it, even with a USB connection. I'm planning to get rid of this and find a better, simpler printer.
This app doesn't even warrant a one-star rating, but you have to select at least one star! It's a complete mess; setup was relatively simple, but when I try to print, nothing happens, forcing me to restart everything. Running out of paper leads to total malfunction. Wireless printing is utterly useless, just like the last three printers I had! I nearly destroyed one out of frustration! At least the printer cable works, though I nearly tripped over it!
Cancelling the subscription is impossible. They offer a 3-day free trial, but it’s impossible to cancel before it ends. Avoid this app and the company. I'm currently struggling to terminate this subscription, and there’s no assistance from their side.
Joining the subscription service was the worst decision. They make it nearly impossible to close your account; the steps they provide don't work because the options they mention are nonexistent in the app or on the website. They even charged me after I thought I had canceled my subscription. I deeply regret ever signing up.
