Over the years I and some of my friends have had the same issues with holsters, uncomfortable, not a good fit for your weapon, and the quality was very lacking. I have been very impressed with the variety of holsters from Dinosaurized. My purchases have all been of very high quality, comfortable, and perfect fit for my weapons. Fast service, easy ordering, and produce support.
I bought a raptor bag, it was fine, so I got one for a friend, it wasn't sewn correctly, they replaced it, all good again, so I buy 3 dino bags as gifts for friends, ALL 3 FELL APART, dinosaurized sent 1 replacement bag and it fell apart as well, now they are refusing to refund my money, and only accept returns in original packaging with original tags, I explained that they were gifts and I dont have those tags or packaging, they will not agree, AND WANT TO SEND ME SOMETHING THAT IS HALF THE COST AS REPLACEMENT so at this point half my orders have been defective, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
Experience was fantastic. Ordered a praetorian holster however didn’t fit my pistol w a laser light. Sent email to make a return. They responded within hrs. Telling me to find something comparable and forgo returning the original holster. What a great company as well as keeping customers satisfied.
I’m quite satisfied with the quality of the products. I just wish the 5-in-1 design featured a single firearm containment in a more compact size. The sling bag is excellent, and I appreciate that the shoulder strap functions well and feels secure.
I was billed for an item I never ordered, although I did receive a refund for that. Unfortunately, half of my order didn't arrive, and the other half was of poor quality. I was only given empty promises. The images looked appealing, but the customer support is inadequate. Proceed with caution! I placed my order on 10/28/25, and the issue remains unresolved.
It has been two whole weeks since I ordered and I still don't have what I ordered. When I contact customer service, they will respond with "Your order has been processed and is in transit." They offer a tracking number but use some unknown shipper that doesn't track. I will never buy another thing from this outfit!
Easy ordering, good comms. Shipped quick & received soonest. Very comfortable wear w/appendix draw, side draw and small of the back. So good actually, I ordered one for my son also! 'Hard shell' print noticeably, I was using a 'pancake' type, but...kinda became uncomfortable after awhile, but this covers the beavertail and hammerspur quite comfortably. I use on both full size and compact 1911's and others. Thanks to the folks at Dinosaurized for their time. V.H. USAF Ret.
Let me start by saying I purchased three items from Dinosaurized. I made my purchase through TikTok and I was a little perturbed because my last purchase through someone on TikTok was invalid. So I became impatient and I reached out to Dinosaurized they reached back out to me within an hour and told me to keep an eye out for it and let me know if it doesn't come. Well lo and behold the next day my package arrived and I want to apologize to them for being so impatient and thinking they were the other guys that I was disappointed by. Quality of the products is awesome and not just that the customer service was on point You think by being online they can do whatever they want to but no the held to their word and they reached out to me that was a pleasant surprise and oh my god so appreciate it Thank you so much Dinosaurized and God Bless America
