We are looking into this. Please be patient, and we will respond shortly.' This was incredibly frustrating, as I couldn't get any clear updates. After more than 24 hours, they finally sent me an activation code, but it didn’t work. It appeared as 'already redeemed' when I tried to use it in the app. They requested screenshots and advised me to contact support, but the previous app is no longer active and has been replaced. The guidance they gave was outdated, which only added to my confusion. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The service was quick to take my payment but failed to deliver the product on time and provided a non-functional activation key. Their customer support was slow, unhelpful, and not responsive enough to effectively resolve issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
