I purchased a key from their website, but after hours, I still haven’t received anything, even though the order history shows it as COMPLETED.
It’s absurd that I have to wait at their convenience because their support takes its time to respond. Once this issue is resolved, I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this site. If this happened to me, it could happen to you too.

Recently bought a game mentioned it will work in my country. After purchase it wasn't working. So false statement provided by the site.
Then I went to support. After super delays, they told me that they were sorry and I would get refunded, and its been 10 days and there wasn't any refunds. So more lies. Please avoid these scam sites and just purchase from legit sites like g2a etc..
What skeptical about this as had bad experiences with some sites, but this time was assured by the reviews on trust pilot and within minutes had my code for game I was after. Great Price too will use again

So, on November 23rd, I requested a refund from them. After asking for numerous screenshots, they told me they would refund me after reselling the key, but there was no follow-up for a long time. A month later, on December 22nd, I contacted them again, and they assured me not to worry, promising a refund after resale. However, as of today—February 1, 2026—I still haven't received any updates or the refund. This is extremely disappointing. It's clearly their mistake, yet consumers have to bear the cost of their error. I sincerely advise caution when considering purchasing games from their website.

They requested a selfie with my ID and the date alongside it, emphasizing not to attach images in the ticket. After verification, they claimed my order would be unblocked within 24 business hours. However, I feel there is no real guarantee of account protection with this information. If my computer were compromised, anyone could make purchases unless they implement this verification for every transaction. Their lack of two-factor authentication, relying only on email or phone verification, is not secure, especially for a company emphasizing 'security.'

The guidance they gave was outdated, which only added to my confusion. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. The service was quick to take my payment but failed to deliver the product on time and provided a non-functional activation key. Their customer support was slow, unhelpful, and not responsive enough to effectively resolve issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
