A terrible experience with no after-sales service. I purchased a CD key from this website labeled as globally activated and usable in my region, but it actually didn't work in my country. So, on November 23rd, I requested a refund from them. After asking for numerous screenshots, they told me they would refund me after reselling the key, but there was no follow-up for a long time. A month later, on December 22nd, I contacted them again, and they assured me not to worry, promising a refund after resale. However, as of today—February 1, 2026—I still haven't received any updates or the refund. This is extremely disappointing. It's clearly their mistake, yet consumers have to bear the cost of their error. I sincerely advise caution when considering purchasing games from their website.
