Having purchased two vehicles from this dealer before, I had high expectations when I decided to buy another without seeing it in person. Unfortunately, the reality was shocking. After placing my deposit, I was informed the vehicle failed its inspection due to two needed tires, despite claims it had just been serviced. Upon collection, I found numerous issues, including a broken engine cover and a filthy air filter. Most concerning was the rear seat belt, which had mold—something that should have been caught during a standard check. The ongoing issues with the climate control system have also been frustrating, with no resolution after several weeks of back-and-forth communication. My trust in this dealer has been completely shattered, and I cannot recommend them.
