Unpleasant Experience with Customer Service

I recently reached out about a used luxury car, and the representative on the phone was extremely rude. Despite clear damage visible in the photos, he insisted it was just dirt. When I inquired about the leather on the dashboard that appeared to be lifting, he confirmed it was bubbling, but when I asked if they would repair it, he simply said, 'the car is 10 years old, so no.' This is supposedly an approved dealer for luxury vehicles, and the car is priced nearly at 100k. I found his attitude completely unacceptable. I won't be contacting this dealer again.

Incredible Lack of Professionalism

I recently contacted a dealership regarding a used luxury vehicle and was met with an extremely rude representative. Despite clear evidence of damage in the photos, he insisted it was merely dirt. This supposed luxury dealer, with a high price tag, displayed an attitude that was absolutely shocking. I will definitely not be reaching out to this dealership again.

Disappointing Experience with a Prestigious Dealer

Having purchased two vehicles from this dealer before, I had high expectations when I decided to buy another without seeing it in person. Unfortunately, the reality was shocking. After placing my deposit, I was informed the vehicle failed its inspection due to two needed tires, despite claims it had just been serviced. Upon collection, I found numerous issues, including a broken engine cover and a filthy air filter. Most concerning was the rear seat belt, which had mold—something that should have been caught during a standard check. The ongoing issues with the climate control system have also been frustrating, with no resolution after several weeks of back-and-forth communication. My trust in this dealer has been completely shattered, and I cannot recommend them.
