Bought an expensive vehicle that’s had 8 different faults, been returned 7 times and I now need to go through hell to reject the vehicle because they don’t understand the fundamentals of consumer rights. No concept of customer service, inadequate complaints handling. Sometimes don’t reply even at head office level. Completely unconcerned with issues. No duty of care and have damaged the vehicle further during handling and trying to claim they didn’t do it, when I have direct evidence of the vehicle being collected in perfect condition. Avoid at all costs, I have reported this company to the motor ombudsman and trading standards. I’ve now had to hire a solicitor and fully intend to take this company to court and will make their non-compliant conduct with regulation very public. If you get involved with this joke of an entity it’s likely they will effect your mental health with astounding levels of incompetence and less understanding of their own industry regulations and practices than you could teach a 5 year old in an hour using google.
