I booked my Aston Martin in for a service at Aston Martin Reading located in Pangbourne, and there was a lead time of 4/5 weeks. Dropped the car off at circa 09:30 on Wednesday 31st August, and advised them I needed the car back the same day. I had to call them at 16:00 for an update to be told that they had not finished the service. I advised them that I need the car for the following day by 10:30 as I have an interview in Newport Pagnall. No call received back. Had to book a taxi to take me to the interview at a total cost of £240. Still no call or dialogue from the dealer. Called them once I was out of the interview, to be told the person I was dealing with was off sick. The lovely receptionist said she would speak to the manager and get him to call me back with an update. It is now Friday morning, still no update and no interaction unless initiated by me.Ridiculous customer service from a prestige brand!!!
