My parcels have been stuck at a warehouse in Rome for over a week with no tracking updates and no explanation. It’s been impossible to reach a real person — customer support only leads to an automated chat with generic answers that don’t address the issue.The parcels contain important personal belongings, so the lack of information is extremely concerning. I understand delays can happen, but having no updates and no way to get a clear status for this long is very stressful — especially since I didn’t choose HR Parcel myself. I used Hermes International (which has been reliable for me in the past), and now I don’t know where my things are and no one is able to help.I’m posting this review as a last resort and asking HR Parcel to contact me urgently, clarify what is happening, and help resolve this as soon as possible.
