My parcel (tracking 19800001977383) was marked as “recipient absent”, but this declaration is false.
I was at home all day, no courier rang, called, or left any notice. The delivery was never attempted.
This is not a simple delay, but a misleading delivery report.
I have already sent a formal complaint to both the seller and HR Parcel and I am now waiting for a real delivery attempt.
I will update this review once the parcel is actually delivered.

PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED WHILE THEY SAY IT IS.The package was somehow an expensive purchase, at least for me. It is marked as "Delivered" on Jan 19th, when it truly has never gotten here (I am a smart worker, always at home. Also, there is space in my front door to leave boxes even if I don't open it). No one rang my bell or phone. There are no papers in my mailbox, nor I received emails. I have tried to phone them, but their numbers are not working from mobile phone. I opened an inquiry on their website and hopefully they will solve the issue or issue a refund.
This company is still holding my order since 23 December 2025 and until now they didn’t even made a single delivered attempt, I have contacted the sender and he told he sent my items through Hermes, so was the one who handover my order to HR parcel and this is my tracking code 340633032725524768.
The parcel is not delivered yet. Trackingnumber 02343179002542. Since 3 weeks delivery failed and arrived the return facility. I do not know why???? The return address is correct:RHUN SrlVia Papa Giovanni XXIII n 2480017 Melito di NapoliItalyIf You could not deliver send the parcel back to me!!!!
I have screenshots as proof of what I report.I ordered on November 7th merchandise to be delivered to my office. By tracking HR PARCEL declared:- to have tried to deliver on November 28th at 21:53 (in the dead of night???);- to have retried on November 29th at 13:17 (on Saturday and on lunch break at an office???);- to have tried newly on December the 2nd at 20:38 (on very late dinner time at an office???); - to have returned the shipment to the sender on December the 9th.On December the 13th the sender has no news about the shipment.
My parcels have been stuck at a warehouse in Rome for over a week with no tracking updates and no explanation. It’s been impossible to reach a real person — customer support only leads to an automated chat with generic answers that don’t address the issue.The parcels contain important personal belongings, so the lack of information is extremely concerning. I understand delays can happen, but having no updates and no way to get a clear status for this long is very stressful — especially since I didn’t choose HR Parcel myself. I used Hermes International (which has been reliable for me in the past), and now I don’t know where my things are and no one is able to help.I’m posting this review as a last resort and asking HR Parcel to contact me urgently, clarify what is happening, and help resolve this as soon as possible.
