I had a terrible experience. I ordered a bracelet for collection from the store on November 26th, but the item never arrived. The customer support is a joke, and I’m still waiting for my refund despite them knowing it wasn’t dispatched. They can't even contact their own warehouse without emailing them. Thank you for acknowledging that you didn’t provide the goods, but I want to know when the refund will be issued. You didn’t mention that at all in your response! If you can’t fulfill an order, a refund should be processed automatically without me having to ask. Furthermore, I tracked the item again today, and it’s still not available for collection, even though it was supposedly dispatched two weeks ago. They refused to cancel my order, which violates my legal rights. I escalated the issue to the payment platform, and they promptly issued a refund. If you decide to purchase from this service, make sure to pay with a secure method!
