My partner bought an engagement ring in May last year, proposed in July, I mentioned to the lady in the store that all the claws along the band felt rough but she said it was fine that’s the style of band. Took it back to the store recently as a stone fell out, we were quoted £2450 to fix the ring, which is more than quadruple what we even paid for the ring, when we queried this, I was told it was my fault due to excessive wear and tear. Excessive wear and tear!!!!!!! I work an admin job, I don’t wear it at home and I’ve been wearing it less than 8 months. Absolutely disgusted.
I had bought a watch on the 29th January, it arrived 3 days later, I wore it for 4 days and it caused a reaction to my wrist. I was told on the chat I had to take it to a store to be inspected which I think is unfair as it’s a trip I shouldn’t have to make. So emailed customer service. I emailed them Monday, it is now Friday and I still have not heard anything. I tried to post a review on their website which they will not post. So thought I would write one here instead. This is to warn people that they will do everything they can to not refund you. It’s a Garmin Venu2S watch. I’m also now going to contact garmin to see if they can help. I had sent them pictures of the reaction as well
I had my ears pierced at a local place since it seems to be one of the few options for ear piercing that isn't a tattoo studio these days! The staff member who performed the piercing was friendly and efficient. However, the procedure took place in the shop with browsing customers all around. I believe a small private area would have been more suitable, especially for those who might feel nervous. Additionally, some of the studs available appeared quite small, and I was concerned about a few potentially disappearing into the hole! The piercing itself went smoothly, but a quieter environment could enhance the experience for some clients.
We visited the store a couple of times during our search for an engagement ring, and each time we were assisted by a wonderful representative! On our second visit, we found the natural diamond ring we desired. The representative was incredibly helpful and patient, sharing her expertise and showing understanding throughout what was a lengthy process, as we wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied with such a significant purchase. The team made our visits enjoyable without any pressure to buy, and we would gladly seek assistance from her again!
I visited the local store to return an item I ordered online, recalling my previous experience from 20 years ago. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service I received. The representative went out of their way to assist me, even offering to clean my other rings to complement my new purchase. I am now a loyal customer. Great job!
Placing an order online was straightforward, but the delivery service they utilize claimed they couldn't locate my residence. Despite paying an additional fee, my items were not delivered. I contacted the support team and provided detailed directions, only to be informed that the driver might still struggle to find me. When I requested that the driver call me, I was told that this might not be possible!
We were in search of a simple everyday watch for my wife, without any frills. The representative who assisted us was very attentive, helpful, and provided excellent advice, even though it wasn't a high-priced item. Thank you for the great service.
The ordering process was straightforward, and payment was seamless. However, I gave one star because, after signing up and receiving a 10% off code, the item I bought turned out to be ineligible for the discount. Other than that, everything has been satisfactory so far.
I had a terrible experience. I ordered a bracelet for collection from the store on November 26th, but the item never arrived. The customer support is a joke, and I’m still waiting for my refund despite them knowing it wasn’t dispatched. They can't even contact their own warehouse without emailing them. I strongly advise against ordering online from a service that clearly does not care about its customers. Thank you for acknowledging that you didn’t provide the goods, but I want to know when the refund will be issued. You didn’t mention that at all in your response! If you can’t fulfill an order, a refund should be processed automatically without me having to ask. Furthermore, I tracked the item again today, and it’s still not available for collection, even though it was supposedly dispatched two weeks ago. They refused to cancel my order, which violates my legal rights. I escalated the issue to the payment platform, and they promptly issued a refund. If you decide to purchase from this service, make sure to pay with a secure method!

Although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, she suggested several alternatives and even helped me search online. I ended up purchasing a pendant, and she provided detailed information about insurance, ensuring it was suitable in case of a silver allergy. Overall, her kindness made the experience enjoyable. I wasn't sure where to leave feedback about her, so I decided to share it here.
