Terrible Experience with the Bank

This bank has proven to be the worst. Living in Australia, I have funds from a UK property deposited here. After moving houses, my account was suspended upon their receiving a letter from my previous address. Now they expect me to mail certified copies of my new address to the UK, despite having verified my identity over the phone. I am extremely frustrated with their ridiculous requirements. Once I return to the UK, I will be closing this account.
