Surprised This Bank Is Still Operating

I'm shocked that this bank is still in business. While their services are generally poor, the Australian branch is even worse. Recently, I've faced issues with their app, which now requires ID for login but has been 'temporarily unavailable' for a week. I waste hours on the phone getting the same response: it will be fixed in 24-48 hours, but it never is. I’m ready to move on.
