This is the most stressful refinancing I have ever experienced.- The Relationship Manager did not check thoroughly my application. Due to this after 16 Business days of processing time, the Credit Team found a mistake on my application (the relationship manager did not attach some required documents needed). with this, my application went back to the end of the queue.Another 16 days to wait.- After that another 16 days, the Credit Team found another mistake in my application, so another 16 days to wait...Very Incompetent people! Non-sense procedure of going back to the end of the queue once they found mistake.- Avoid this bank if you do not want to lose your sanity, believe me!
