My issue and inquiry : reset password for online banking. Attended by customer service person - Calvin Lim. A job well executed as a front liner. Even the issue is unable to be resolved via the phone but Calvin has delivered his best efforts to resolve. He has walked an extra mile. For that, I think his efforts should be mentioned on Trustpilot. Ive resolved my issue at the local branch as advised. Im not sure of if any other HSBC customers have the same frustration as I, for just to reset the online banking password.
