I am suprised with the sluggishness in terms of HSBC's customer service. Discovered an unauthorised transaction around mid-August. Called for one whole week and nobody answered. Sent email but to no avail as well. Finally I managed to reach a customer service representative from the bank through my mobile app but was informed that I would have to clear my balance before a new credit card was sent to me WITH CHARGES. Upon hearing this, I opted to terminate my business relationship with the bank. Truly the worst ever bank in Malaysia if you are looking to apply for a credit card. Beware and apply at your own risk and detriment!!
