HSBC Malaysia has become both unsafe and not secure. I've had unauthorised transaction on both my debit and credit card. The bank asks you to report suspicious activity when it occurs, yet it impossible to even reach the customer service lines; both the chat function and the call centre. I've had to be on hold for more than an hour and then just to be cut off after holding that long. This is very disappointing as HSBC used to be good, especially the ease of which to deal with customer service. There was also no question on the security of the bank. However, over the past 2 years its been awful and now with the security issues as well - this is not a bank I feel safe with any longer.
