Noticed fraud transactions on 15th Aug, continuous calling customer service all day long - no one answered. Submitted fraud form myself received confirmation email from HSBC on same day.Called customer service again on 16th Aug, from morning and finally agent picked up at evening. Informed investigations will be processed, fraud team will contact me on 17th Aug. But no one called.Contacted HSBC mobile app on 22nd Aug, told me no records of my submission for fraud investigations. Said will reply me in another 3 days.Very poor customer support, don't expect them helping you during crisis.
