I really wish this company would choose a reliable courier in Australia instead of the problematic one currently in use. Given the amount I paid, I shouldn’t have to reach out to both the service and the courier to check on my order status. It was sent to a nearby depot and then returned to a warehouse far away. I've contacted the courier multiple times without any response, and received a dismissive reply from the service that included a screenshot of my order tracking, which I had already shared. They suggested I 'learn patience and wait for days,' despite my delivery window closing six days ago.
