I ordered 4 pen set one was defective. This is how HSN is so freaking cheap no return lable in the package they going to send one now I have to go out of my way to go to the post office and send the stinking pen back. Whoever package it knew it was defective! NEVER ORDERING NOTHING FROM HSN EVER AGAIN!!
