Excellent Customer Service Experience

I had an issue with a service I purchased through HSN. After failing to get satisfaction from the service provider I contacted HSN for help and they immediately took care of the issue!From the time of the sale by HSN the service provider was in direct contact with me. The quality of the product they returned to me was one star at best. They did not check their work for mistakes or quality and just processed and shipped back regardless.I filed a complaint with them and had most of the items redone elsewhere.I set up a cloud service to use to provide sample copies of the newly redone items for comparison to theirs for their review to support the complaint and provided a link to the files location.Their response was that they could not issue a refund.I replied to them again with my documentation and said they should be ashamed treating customers this way but they still denied providing any compensation. Their response again was that they could not issue a refund.They said they could give me a future credit.......WHY WOULD I EVER USE THEM AGAIN after that kind of treatment.HSN STEPPED INTHANK YOU HSN for your excellent customer service support!!!FIVE STARS PLUS
