However, I started receiving emails about contract extensions for a product that was returned over a week ago. This should be easy to sort out since I have records of the drop-off. Unfortunately, I can't get any response to my emails and have been left on hold listening to music. It's exasperating, as I have better things to do than chase this service for their mistake.
