I hired a carpet cleaner for one day - when you book, you are not able to pick a time for the delivery, so I called early in the morning to check the ETA, I spoke to a gentleman who told me he is going to check and let me know. After 10 minutes he called back and let me know the time, the delivery was accurate and was all good.
At the end of the day I had an issue with the cleaner, so the next morning I reported it first thing in the morning and also wanted to exted the hire for an extra day due to this issue. A lady told me to get advice from Speedie, their contractor - when I phoned them and explained, they advised that it will be replaced but I need to arrange it with HSS. When I've done that I was told to extend the hire for an extra day and they will replace the machine and refund the money.
The next day I called again to find out what is going to happen, but after being on hold I was told I'll get a call back. Then a guy from Speedie turned up and collected the faulty machine. I phoned HSS to ask what is the plan and an angry person told me he will phone me back once spoken to Speedie.
And still waiting... Unfortunately I took these days off work to clean the carpet and surprise the miss, but I ended up renting for an extra day and not being able to use it.
