I bought a new HTC U12+ on release. It has a issue i found out after 2 weeks of usage. I called the support to get a ticket, the Support Agent (clearly had his first day or maybe was a intership) ignored all of my questions, to my questions "If he understood what the issue was so the technican know whats broken." he replied: "I just talked to my supervisor and you will receive a discount voucher for our online shop". This was going on the hole conversion. I hang up and called again. The new agent, finally could answer my questions and also confirmed me that the previous agent wrote down the absolutly wrong issue. She told me she changed it. Now 1 month later, i called them again and they told me that they ordered a replacement part from taiwan, which will take another month to arrive. This is absolutly unacceptable. I asked if could speak a supervisor and got told he will contact me. I didnt got called, i didnt received a email. I called them the last 5 days everyday and got the same answer, that he will contact me today. I am having a HTC Phone for the past 6 years and i am not suprised HTC is going down the hill if they be like this to their customers, who pays 800€ for their phone. I like the phone, i just want a working one. They should have send me a new phone like any other company. Its 100% my last HTC phone, never again. Hopefully they go bank corrupt soon and spare other people with this.
