I've been using it for a year now, it's a terrible phone. After a year, the charging adapter broke, it's buggy, sometimes it turns off by itself so my alarm doesn't ring and I'm late for work, and then I have to hold the power button for 5 minutes to turn it on.What kind of phones did you guys make in the past, this is a shame now. I'm telling you this so that no one else will fall for it like I did. It can't even hold the batteries while I'm at work. The only thing you can do is if one leg is shorter on a table in your house, put the HTC U23Pro down so it doesn't wobble. If there was a 0 I would give it that. It would be better if HTC started making calculators because they obviously don't know how to make cell phones anymore, probably calculators won't cause problems.

I’ve had to take HTC to court just to get my refund.I returned a product worth £845 and was told I’d be refunded. They now wrongly claim I was refunded via a chargeback — even though I provided written confirmation from my bank that HTC won the chargeback and kept the funds.I’ve sent multiple formal letters and escalated the issue repeatedly. HTC has either ignored or misunderstood everything. It’s now been nearly a year with no resolution, and I’ve had no choice but to take them to Small Claims Court. This company has shown a shocking disregard for customer service and basic financial accountability. Avoid.
Be warned. It's taken me almost 3 weeks to get a refund of £419.00 but had to get Barclaycard fraud team involved. Numerous emails no help whatsoever for a faulty handset not even an offer of a replacement just emailed me a returns label to Romania? If I'd known that I wouldn't I've bought it. I've bought numerous HTC phones over the years but never again
Feeling a bit let down. Upgraded my phone from HTC U11 to HTC U24 pro and have no caller display just says unknown caller also no mobile data. My signal with sky has always been amazing but its useless at the moment. Had my device checked by a very well and approved phone retailer has checked my settings and all is good and said it's down to my network HELP PLEASE. Unfortunately just noticed they never respond to anyone if you can't help please say so I can return the handset as it's not fit for purpose
UNBELEIVABLE !I ordered a pair of earbuds from HTC UK on 29 Nov, and was charged £15.59 DELIVERY ? ?Strange amount and over priced in most peoples mind for such a small package of earbuds.I was then informed by email from UPS of delivery before 2pm on Monday 2 Dec, i waited in NO DELIVERY.I was then informed by email from UPS of delivery before 2pm on Tuesday 3 Dec, I waited in NO DELIVERY.I was then informed by email from UPS of delivery before 2pm on Wednesday 4 Dec, I waited in NO DELIVERY.I was then informed by email from UPS of delivery before 2pm on Thursday 5 Dec, I waited in NO DELIVERY.On each occasion i phoned the customer help line and was told each day, "Dont worry we will deliver before 7pm same day" and of course no delivery ever arrived.HTC where just as useless, advising they could do nothing other than send an email chasing delivery... Which as you can imagine had no effect at all.I am currently awaiting my refund having never received the earbuds and HTC havent even started the process (9 Dec). i feel let down majorly and to cheer myself up went straight to Amazon, where earbuds i purchased where delivered NEXT DAY! thank goodness for Amazon.
I've been using HTC for a long time. Needed a screen fixed sent it to be repaired, never heard back and had to chase, eventually got a reply and sent the money for repair, had to chase them again then was told I needed to pay £6:20 extra, my bank wouldn't allow me to do that. They then said there is no other way to pay and they're sending my phone back. No help, no support just the same emails. Customer services is in Cairo and repair centre in Romania, when I asked if they could send the phone back with the new screen required they said no even though they had it there, months down the line I still have no progress and no phone all because I'm unable to send £6:20 through bank transfer. Utter waste of space. AVOID these clowns as when you need something there is no help but they will gladly run around when they think your going to spend money with them.
TLDR version - they sent me someone else's order - it took me weeks of emailing to get my order sent to me - the phone is way more fragile than their previous phones and the custom case is useless so the first time I dropped it the screen broke - it took me nearly a fortnight and multiple emails to get the information about how to send my phone off for repair - because their records are rubbish, they've breached GDPR and shared another customer's personal details with me (and probably shared mine) but I don't think they've reported this as a breach - the repair is expensive anyway, and then the repair centre doesn't accept BACS payments so there are additional bank charges to make the payment - I've sent my phone off for repair, paid nearly £200 for the screen repair and yet despite them telling me it would be returned within 10 to 15 working days, they've taken my money but I still don't have my phone or any update. - it is impossible to actually speak to anyone, only webchat and email and it's like pulling teeth trying to get a resolution.Essentially, they messed up and posted me someone else's order. That person didn't order the protective phone case but I did (I could tell it was someone else's order because the paperwork inside had that person's name and telephone number). Over a month it took me 8 webchats and emails to get my missing phone case, even though I sent them photos of the package, invoice, order and everything they asked. They only sent it to me after I pointed out that it was costing them more in staff time to be this rubbish than the case was worth.2 or 3 days after FINALLY receiving my case, I dropped my phone. The new phone has a stupid curved screen so is way more fragile and the supplied case is shaped to accommodate the curved screen so is less protective of the sides. Fair enough, I dropped it but I dropped my previous phones lots of times in a similar way with no damage - this was catastrophic, unusable, bits of glass in your face screen damage. Anyway emailed HTC to ask about getting a repair and asking for a discount on the repair given the debacle above and the terrible design. They came back to me over a week later saying no discount available but also not still not explaining how to send it off for repair. After chasing again they eventually emailed me back but with the previous customer's name, address and telephone number on the shipping note for repair- they still hadn't amended my records! Eventually after another email chain providing the correct info again and referring them to their own records, I had what I needed to send it for repair. The repair centre confirmed receipt on the 13th Sept and sent an invoice on the 16th Sept which I paid and then emailed them, and HTC. Since then, absolutely nothing. It's now over the 15 working days and they haven't even confirmed payment (although the money has been sent). (Oh, and the repair centre doesn't accept BACS, only SWIFT so that's an extra charge from your bank on top of the eye watering repair costs). This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever known. Mistakes happen, things get missed but this is repeatedly awful. And when I've tried to flag that with the company, apart from one representative (Lily) who seems to have tried, generally there seems to be very little appetite from the company to make any sort of amends or gesture to try and address it when you email pointing out that you're unhappy and why. Please HTC, just send me a working phone so I never have to deal with you ever again!
