Where do i start! Called customer service (laughable) to ask where to purchase a replacement clear phone case that came in the box with the U11 i currently own. UK customer service centre...based in Egypt.After, unsurpringly, not getting very far i called UK Head Office in Slough to speak to someone senior. Unhelpful receptionist who after being questioned about speaking to someone high up put the phone down on me!! I've had HTC phones from their early days but they now don't deserve the custom. Blood suitably boiled!!!
