The only reason I have given 2 stars and not 1, is because I think my HTC 10 is the best phone I have ever had, BUT, UK support is so bad, I will never buy an HTC again! Do you wonder why one of the best phones ever produced has failed dismally? I did until I had to use htc support. Have had an htc for some 8 years. Was getting the U12 but not after my experience with the support and repair, or lack of it! Really don't know which phone to get now, but do know it won't be an htc!
