Quality on sample doesn’t show a mark on his jumper only found this out when I received my order. Contacted them and asked if they could fix this, they said I would have to pay an additional £25 to get this removed now this is not on the order form and also the quality of the photo on the order form does not show this mark, if it had I would not of ordered, I then got a snooty response of well you could of viewed it online but I advised them I ordered online and it said the image was not available and may not be available for another 7-10 days. To which she responded I could go back online and look. I mean no offence but if iv ordered online and it wasn’t available at point of order I’m not going to go back on when i have a picture of the image on the order for which is of bad quality if it’s not visible on the proof photo. So in a way I’m being penalised for their bad proof work
