The company offers overpriced packages of useless sizes of photos, can't do the custom order, the download version only available for portrait style pictures. Eventually when you do order prints, they come unfinished as they couldn't even be bothered cutting them to the right size, so you will have to try to cut them yourself. Absolutely horrible rip off cashing on the fact that people will give in because it's their kids.
