The phone number leads to an automated message saying no one is available and to leave a message—but no one calls back, and emails go unanswered.Additionally, for a work medical certificate, you're not speaking to a doctor, but to someone with a nursing qualification, which wasn't made clear upfront. Overall, a very poor service with no accountability.
