Got the initial phone call on Saturday just gone. Sent my Pathology documents as they requested. Have written messages to the lady I spoke with and have not received one message back. Have made payment already. And have not heard back to let me know if I can go ahead with it or not. Very upset. I was very prompt with getting documents to them. But absolutely nothing from them. Would not recommend.

Terrible service,explained what I needed in the text when booking, mentioned an un related medication and was directed to a nurse that was unqualified to provide, was told to go to a GP for the medical clearance certificate i asked for in the initial booking questionnaire.Was told I am not entitled to a refund as I had followed completed the apointment
Expected time for the call from doctor 9-9:30 am it’s been 2 hours and no call. I can’t even go to a doctor as the appointments are fully booked till next week for all the clinics nearby. So I book with them. Well here I am. Worst experience.
I needed to get medical certificate for my work immediately. So I got my appointment with hub health. They said they would provide medical certificate within 2hrs. But its next day now still haven't got it. I got a warning from my work place and told me they would cut my pay because I didn't provide medical certificate. I tried waiting, contacting them still no response. Such a shitty service.
I had a very frustrating experience. There was incorrect information on my medical certificate, but it was impossible to get in touch with anyone to fix it. The phone number leads to an automated message saying no one is available and to leave a message—but no one calls back, and emails go unanswered.Additionally, for a work medical certificate, you're not speaking to a doctor, but to someone with a nursing qualification, which wasn't made clear upfront. Overall, a very poor service with no accountability.
