I usually use the app, but I sometimes attempt to access it via the browser, which always leads to subscription prompts. The customer service representatives try to assist, but they are hindered by a platform that is both overpriced and lacking in value. At the end of my help chat regarding login issues, I was met with a message promoting their content instead of addressing my concerns. This company seems more interested in collecting high subscription fees than providing a genuine service. As a side note, I've seen numerous negative reviews about this service. We may need to lodge complaints with the relevant oversight body.
