Like others have mentioned, I was charged after canceling my subscription for a promotional offer. The confirmation screen showed my subscription was stopped, yet I saw a charge days later. When I logged back in, the subscription had mysteriously reactivated. Customer service denies this despite my not streaming after the cancellation date. I requested records of my account activity, but they refused to provide them. They clearly know they can get away with this.
This app is the worst I've ever dealt with. Changing anything on the site results in a Merchant Error, which is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, for sports content, there are no other options available. It's an absolute disgrace, and I believe someone should investigate this shameful platform. If I could rate it lower, I certainly would.
