Dont bother! Nil customer service. The link on their website goes no where! Deal with an AI chat bot that is useless. Like most others are saying, this company (Foxtel) is a joke. State/Federal consumer authorities should be investigating this crowd due to its lack of customer service, inability to be contacted and poor response/outcomes!
