Nina was patient and super helpful in trying to get my eSim working. Sadly, the final result was that my phone was too old to cope with modern tech. I know how it feels!My only grumble is that if the app won't install fully contact with support has to be by email. All the to and fro would have been a lot faster by screen chat or Zoom
