I accidently deleted my E-sim after Installation before activation. The Promo-Code was obsolete. Then I contacted Hubby's service via Email. It was middle in the night (in Western Kanada). I got immediate help and a good instruction so that I was able to Install and activate the E-sim. Thank you!!

Offer help then don’t

After seeing a reply on my review I reached out to the head of customer service. I was told to reach out to go over my claim again even though I was told more than once that it had been looked over by the whole team. It’s been just over 5 days and I still have not heard from head department.

My esim was not working. I contacted the assistant and I get connected with Cesar. He gave me the right instructions to activate the esim (using the manual settings instead of the QR)
