Rubbish - received promo code through travel agent offer that should have provided at least 3GB of data to cover the full 7 nights of our holiday. Hubby eSim have erroneously issued codes that only provided 1GB for 48 hours. Told to speak to travel agent, when as far as we can tell, Hubby eSim has failed to provide the correct package. Why do I need to go back to the agent - when it is Hubby eSim's failure to meet the terms of the contract (they have with the agent - and with me - through the published T&Cs)? Utter rubbish! Dunno how there are so many 'sorted my issue out quickly' and 'got another promo code' reviews. Absolutely not our experience.
